Carrie serves as a utility regulator, energy attorney with an engineering background with over 15 years of experience in environmental and energy regulation with an extensive background in public utility regulation, environmental policy and compliance, wholesale power issues, and corporate governance.

Carrie is the founding Chair of NARUC’s Chair Council where she brings together Commission Chairs from all 50 states and regions to discuss timely and relevant topics. She served on the Board of Directors for the Organization of MISO States where she was the DER liaison (2020-2022) and currently serves on the Board of the Organization of PJM States.
