Brad is a Senior Attorney at the Environmental Law & Policy Center, a not-for-profit organization that advocates for clean energy development, pollution reduction, transportation and land use reform, and natural resources protection in Midwest states. Brad leads ELPC’s clean energy team, which develops and promotes ambitious policies to modernize the energy grid, accelerate renewables, reform energy markets, and decarbonize the economy. Brad engages at utility regulatory commissions and courts at the state, regional, and federal level to advance ELPC’s clean energy goals.
Brad previously served as a federal judicial law clerk in Washington, D.C., a law fellow at the Environmental Law Institute, and an environmental engineer at CH2M Hill, Inc. Brad received his law degree with honors from New York University School of Law and a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
